Alderic Capital looks to invest in exceptional small and medium-sized businesses across a range of industry sectors, development projects and early-stage mining projects where we believe there is the potential for significant capital growth. While we understand that smaller company investments can carry greater risk, we mitigate these risks by conducting enhanced due diligence and careful negotiation, by supporting investee companies through difficulties and by helping to promote growth.

 

Alderic Capital is able to generate a strong deal flow through an extensive personal network of proven deal introducers. In addition, the team also benefits from the connections in sectors such as financial, mining and UK Real Estate. We also welcome introductions through advisers or directly from businesses seeking funding. Our aim is to provide a rapid initial response and, if not appropriate for our funds, offer suggestions of alternative sources of funding.

 

Selection

Our investment thesis is based upon the potential to unlock and accelerate profitable growth in investment opportunities. In analysing potential investments, we look for rapid growth in the underlying market and a business designed to benefit from it.

Alderic Capital’s extensive network is composed of private equity and corporate finance professionals, with decades of experience. We support companies seeking to raise funds, complete acquisitions or divestitures, or in identifying and preparing for an exit. In addition to assisting investee companies, we also provide transaction advisory services to external clients. Frequently we develop a partnership with our clients and provide them with broader corporate development advice. This includes assistance in honing their corporate development strategy, assistance with implementation, and assistance with post-deal management – whether by acquisition, strategic alliance or fundraising. Our objective is always to optimise value for our clients, shareholders and investors.
